The solution to our problems today, as many see it, is stricter law enforcement. The answer is that we are getting stricter law enforcement of public crimes, of crimes against the state and its agencies. The Internal Revenue Service of the U.S. is giving us ever stricter enforcement; the same is true of state property taxes, and all taxes on all levels.
